Vision Statement:  United in Christ, Scripturally based, Compassionate Community of Faith.

Mission Statement: Drawn into community, Nurtured by God's Word, Called into the world.

Welcome!  As you become acquainted with the life of the church, its mission, its service, its community leadership, it will be evident that God has blessed this church throughout its long history.  First Presbyterian Church is a somewhat diverse assembly of families and individuals, yet we strive to know and care for one another.   First Presbyterian offers many opportunities for you to become involved in ministry and utilize the talents God has given you.  There are our exceptional choir and music programs, many care and support teams, education programs for all ages, and fellowship opportunities.  Whether you are a former or new Presbyterian, a neighbor, a lover of the historic church, or whatever has drawn you here, we celebrate your joining this community of faith. If you have any questions about any area of service, please feel free to speak with any member of the program staff. God has brought you here and we give thanks for your being a part of the enduring tapestry of this church.
